#throwbackthursday I've found progress pics to be an essential part of my training. I kind of regret being so afraid of the camera when I was at my heaviest (275 lbs w/ a 50" waistline) in '04. 2011 was the year I really began applying Mike Mentzer type High Intensity Training. And I've basically used Bill Phillip's Body For Life style of nutrition since 2007.
