A lot of people think they have no underlying psychological reasons for their weight issues, they just need to lose pounds. I say bullshit, you're underlying to yourself.
If you're unhappy with the condition of you're body, you need to realize it got that way because you are unhappy. You will not be happy if your body changes. No matter how drastically, you'll still find fault with it. There is a direct relationship between the chemicals your brain produces and sends throughout your system, the food you eat, and your emotional state. If you don't want toxicity in your system you need to take control of your thoughts. You're the only one who can. Blaming others just supports a victim myth. Get your thinking straightened out, then take care of your diet, and then create a workout plan. Those 3 steps taken out of order will create some minor results, but won't necessarily re-create your body. Thinking empowering thoughts, eating a healthy diet, and working out consistently and productively just feels better. And it's a much more fun way of living than 99% of the people you'll encounter today.
